All wooden table lamp orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Each lamp is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. Should any delay occur, our team will notify you promptly.

2. Delivery Time

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Other Areas & Remote Locations: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Major Cities: PKR 300
• Other Areas: PKR 500

Note: Shipping charges reflect current fuel and logistics costs. These rates are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your wooden table lamp is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a convenient Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Pay securely at your doorstep when your lamp arrives.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Courier or logistics disruptions
• Public holidays or peak seasons
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas

8. Packaging & Product Care

Each Sheesham wood table lamp is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event of a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund & Return Policy – Wooden Table Lamp Collection

1. Eligibility for Refund/Return

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or broken during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item has a manufacturing defect

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted if:

• The customer ordered the wrong size or design by mistake
• Minor natural wood variations (grain, tone, texture) are cited — these are normal in handcrafted Sheesham wood products
• The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or call within 3 days of delivery
• Share clear photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect item
• Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we are happy to send a replacement lamp subject to stock availability. Exchange delivery charges may apply.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash). Please provide your account details when contacting us.

Our Sheesham wood lamps are handcrafted natural products. Slight variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not defects — they are what make each piece unique and beautiful.
